Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations with a hands-on approach
Develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction, profitability, and cost control

Collaborate with marketing and restaurant teams to enhance brand presence and growth
Innovate with menu development and introduce concepts to stay ahead of trends
Lead talent recruitment, training, and development
Build strategic partnerships and community relationships to enhance brand impact
Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion
Qualifications:
810 years of progressive restaurant management experience
Proven success in multi-location operations and driving profitability
Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
