Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California. Responsibilities
Seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Restaurant District Manager within our organization.
Setting sales targets and maximizing sales.
Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team.
Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards.
Overseeing staff training and development.
The position entails acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines.

Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Restaurant Director of Operations with oversight of District Managers
Because this is an airport position, the ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required in order to be considered for this position
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
