Train and develop a team of respiratory therapists. Collaborate with the nursing department to provide the residents with respiratory therapies tailored to their needs. Monitor and evaluate the efficacy and progress of respiratory therapy interventions and make recommendations. Requirements: Respiratory Director Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field Current, valid Registered Respirator Therapist (RTT) license in the state of Illinois Trach and ventilator experience 3 or more years of experience in a respiratory role in skilled nursing Respiratory director experience, preferred.
