Residential Service Plumber (Custom Homes) We are seeking a dedicated Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on servicing high-end residential properties, ensuring that all plumbing systems are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including water, waste, vent, and gas piping.
Service and maintain high-end fixtures, boilers, radiant floor heating systems, and both tankless and tank water heaters.
Provide timely, respectful, and discreet service in clients' homes.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues with precision and efficiency.
Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings, options, and recommendations.
Research, locate, and order specialty or hard-to-find materials and parts.
Maintain detailed records of service visits, including parts used, work performed, and next steps.
Follow up with the office and clients on pending work or material lead times.
Respect privacy, cleanliness, and home protection protocols during all service calls.
Support and uphold safety standards and company policies at all times.
Submit digital documentation, time entries, and photos as needed for job records and billing.
Essential Skills:
3+ years of plumbing experience with a strong focus on service and repair.
Proven knowledge of high-end plumbing fixtures and custom systems.
In-depth experience with boilers, radiant floor heating, tank/tankless water heaters, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Familiarity with code requirements and best practices for residential plumbing.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on discretion, cleanliness, and respect for private property.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in the field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
OSHA Certification and CPR Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Computer literacy and ability to use basic systems for documentation and email.
Capable of reading and understanding service manuals and plumbing plans.
Bilingual preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
Work independently on service calls in high-end residential areas, primarily in Beverly Hills and the West Side. You will be provided with a service van that can be driven home if parked securely. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 or 4:30 PM. While on construction sites, you will join a team of 10-12 crew members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tarzana, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
