POSITION DETAILS
Directs, oversees and is responsible for the supervision of the Program Specialists as well as assigned group homes.
Operates the waiver program within the prescribed budget and maintains a monitoring process to identify budgeting problems in a timely manner. Assists Region Director with regularly reviewing and updating the budget as needed.
Arrange and coordinate certification and licensure processes and other inspections or reviews by regulatory, government and insuring bodies. Ensure that reports and recommendations issues by authorized regulatory and inspection bodies are promptly reviewed and acted upon.
Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and appearance of group homes through regular audits/walk throughs and coordinator of maintenance requests.
Participate in regular book audits to monitor the ISP, assessments and 3 month reviews to include regulatory content and quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent job experience.
At least 4 years experience with MR/IDD or equivalent education.
Minimum 2 years experience in a management capacity.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Travel/driving will be required.
