Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - Full Time - 30+ Hrs/Week • Skilled Nursing Facility in Guthrie, OK + Perry, OK - Split Position (2 locations) - Willow Creek + Perry Green • Full time position - Open to a PTA, COTA, OT or PT with Prior Management Preferred • Full-Time, Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our high-volume skilled nursing facility in Guthrie & Perry, OK. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. The primary purpose of the position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director:

Licensed therapist: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) Oklahoma license required. Previous management experience preferred but not required.
