Supervises nursing and support staff during assigned shifts to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Monitors, assesses, and communicates patient conditions, responds promptly to changes in status, and prioritizes care based on urgency. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, transfers, and discharges, while addressing patients' psychosocial and spiritual needs. Educates patients and families based on individual needs, advocates for patients' physical and emotional well-being, and reports to the Director or Manager of the Department.   How you'll contribute  You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
