Full Job description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IV placement and managing intravenous lines, administering IV infusions, IM injections and monitoring patients throughout therapy. This role requires a detail- oriented individual with excellent IV skills, good clinical judgement and a commitment to patient safety. • A licensed RN with experience in IV therapy and a passion for wellness • Grounded, confident, and calm—especially when things get busy • A natural team builder and coach who brings both structure and warmth • Organized, proactive in solving problems • Motivated to learn, grow, and help others do the same • Aligned with our mission to transform healthcare into something personal, proactive, and empowering Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including IV placement, starting IV infusions, IM injections and monitoring during the infusions. Collaborate closely with Clinical Director to oversee daily operations and uphold clinical standards. Support, mentor and train staff if needed to ensure consistent, high quality services Educate clients on the benefits of nutrient therapy and functional wellness protocols Maintain accurate documentation, including compliance with clinical protocols Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and overall flow of the clinic Ensure clinical compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines Promote a positive, team oriented culture that reflects our core values of compassion, wellness and innovation. Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse License Valid American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification Strong IV insertion and lab draw skills 1-2 years of experience in ER, Pre-op or previous experience with IV therapy and functional health preferred.
