Description: Patton is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our growth strategy across the Middle East & Africa. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with deep industry knowledge and strong regional experience in telecommunications, enterprise networking, and industrial communications. Key Responsibilities Customer Development Identify and prospect new accounts in telecommunications, enterprise networking, and industrial communication sectors. Expand and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Profile accounts, identify opportunities, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure high-quality post-sale support.
Channel Management Develop and support channel partners through training, certification, and relationship management. Assist partners with business development and resolve channel conflicts effectively.
Sales Strategy & Execution Establish and execute regional sales plans and quotas aligned with company objectives. Provide regular analysis of the competitive landscape and market trends. Collaborate with marketing to organize local events and brand-building activities.
Customer Engagement Respond promptly to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and support needs. Deliver pre-sale and post-sale assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience in telecom and networking. Strong understanding of the MEA telecommunications and networking market. Basic technical knowledge of Access Networks and IP technologies. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong business planning and execution capabilities. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and competitive personality. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and CRM tools.
