Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)  is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead the  Gotham Health Brooklyn Region  for  NYC Health + Hospitals , the largest public health care system in the country. Opportunity Details: Oversight of multiple locations in Brooklyn, NY (travel required) Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management Assessment of clinical providers Finance, budget, and reimbursements 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility Qualifications: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent care of specialization Masters degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine or in Public Health Ten (10) years of full-time clinical experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience Knowledge of business and human resources administration principles, faculty practice and finance
Wages and Benefits: Annual Base Salary: $269,000* based on a 40-hour work week.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $295,900**,  which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors: 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
