Dynamic, full-time, Facilities Director / Regional Maintenance Director position available. We are seeking a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail. We are looking to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
The position is located near Laurel, MD.
This position leads maintenance, facilities, and vendor operations and works in partnership with the senior team in the development and implementation of the apartment community. Leadership of a large maintenance team is required (40+ staff members).
The apartment community is VERY large and is looking for an experienced Director of Facilities/Maintenance.
Qualifications for this position include:
6+ years of maintenance/facilities leadership experience
Training and coaching new maintenance staff
Perform evaluations
Handle site audits
Multifamily housing experience
HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical certifications required
Quality assurance programs
Weekly reporting/Admin responsibilities
Very computer savvy
Honest, loyal, reliable, and SELF-Motivated
Experience leading large teams
