Interacts with multiple departments across the system, ensuring proper utilization of capital and operating resources in accordance with Corporate and Region financial policies and procedures. Supervises multiple shared service departments across the system/region. Participates in various committees/meetings across the hospital/system/region and corporate. Assists in financial modeling, business development, and acquisition projects as needed. Completes financial projections and prepares related materials, including analytics, pro formas, and other reports. Uses independent judgment; supervisor is usually available. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of financial experience in an acute care setting. 5+ years of supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Ability to direct accounting resources and coordinate the completion of financial deliverables. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to oversee numerous priorities. Effective verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency with computer hardware/software.
