Necco has an opportunity for a career as Regional Director.  This role will add the most value to the company by leading the overall operations of the location(s) while providing supervision, oversight, and support to its staff. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Drive Office/Regional Growth and Outcomes Balance office/regional outcomes and growth while maintaining quality and managing risk Work towards effective and efficient internal systems and processes Optimize staffing model based on local demand and client census Pull down internal/external resources to assist with efficient and sustainable growth Ensure data entry and review processes necessary to accurately and timely process relevant financial transactions (e.g. billing and foster parent payments) are followed Attend local legislative events to establish influence and advocacy Quality, Performance, and Risk Management Responsible for satisfactory outcomes of audits from internal and external regulatory bodies Understand and maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies, licensing, and accreditation standards Follow internal reporting protocol for all critical incidents and allegations and documentation Ensure that the physical facility is aligned with brand standards Ensure customer expectations are being met Leadership and Staff Development Provide supervision, oversight and support for the service programs and staff Be data-driven and leverage the Balanced Scorecard in developing and executing local business and marketing plans Responsible for communication and implementation of Necco policies and procedures Attract and hire talent Utilize the Individual Scorecard Process as the primary tool for staff development Secure additional resources necessary for staff development including, but not limited to, required and recommended training Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor Corporate Citizen Practice ruthless pragmatism Engage in peer to peer feedback Know and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles Embody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smart Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure Position Qualifications Master’s Degree in a Human Services field preferred Two years of experience in a supervisory or program management role Required basic understanding of Medicaid documentation requirements Valid driver’s license and 100/300/100 required insurance coverage Required Insurance Coverage Excellent Computer Skills along with the ability to learn new skills and/or programs Excellent Written, Oral Communication, and Organizational Skills Successful completion of all required criminal background checks Training Willingness Travel required
