Job Summary

The Regional Director of Operations for the Plant Operations Management team participates on a management team for the district and provides overall planning, direction, evaluation and control of units, achieving operational and financial goals. The Regional Director provides guidance and motivation to Facilities Directors, as well as other managers and associates. This role is instrumental in establishing and maintaining effective customer/client rapport. There may be oversight responsibilities relative to other lines of business that Coreworks offers, such as housekeeping, security and transportation. This position is 80% travel with locations located across the US.

Responsibilities:

Leads all accounts within a region to ensure compliance with government and agency standards and to ensure profitability of the region

Handles planning, budget analysis and reporting for the Region

Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region

Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics

Recommends and manages capital requirements to improve financial returns

Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention

Conducts quarterly QBR's with client to ensure and communicate program and contract compliance is being met

Supervises client communications effectively, including communicating the benefits of maintaining Crothall Healthcare as the services management provider

Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies

Maintains an awareness of the competition and market conditions internal and external to the accounts and region

Active involvement with the Regional Vice President and/or sales directors in the bid and selling process as the need arises

In conjunction with the Regional Vice President and human resources representative develops the region's training plan for management employees and ensures its successful implementation

Coaches and counsels managers as needed; provides continuous feedback on performance and applies appropriate developmental tools to assist in their individual growth
