Job Summary:
The Regional Director role is a part of our management team for the Pacific Division and provides overall planning, direction, evaluation and control of the region, achieving operational and financial goals. Leading all aspects of Canteen Southern California Office Coffee Service with locations in Garden Grove, Santa Fe Springs, and Commerce, you will handle operations and lead a direct team of 11 and total team of 72. The role is instrumental in establishing and maintaining effective customer/client rapport for the following services: office coffee and pantry. Considered candidates must live in/be commutable to the Garden Grove area.
Key Responsibilities:
Is well versed in all aspects of management, with a consistent record of success
Possesses strong critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering and measuring action plans
Is proactive and positive; interacts professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers
Embraces excellence in customer service both for internal and external customers; has excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in assisting customers, clients, peers and subordinates
Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.
Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the Region and/or District
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
Understanding of warehouse operations with multiple clients
Experience in P&L management
Multi-unit/account experience within logistics/warehousing/vending or pantry industry - required
People-first focused leader
Experience with leading remote teams
Computer savvy
Willing to travel within assigned region
Contract-managed service experience, preferred
Preferred experience in office coffee/pantry services
