Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing substance abuse treatment organization with locations in Fort Wayne, IN, and Waterloo, IA. Currently, the company is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Operations who is passionate about developing and mentoring teams while driving measurable success in quality, compliance, and financial performance.
As the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll be instrumental in establishing the program and driving outreach efforts, positioning the company as the premier recovery center in the region.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operational and financial performance for the facilities, set and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive growth and performance goals.
Lead, coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and proactively resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability.
Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing exceptional patient care.
Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across the portfolio.
Partner with national leaders to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
Requirements:
5+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in the behavioral health or substance use industries.
Proven success in managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
Adept at driving cultural transformation, team engagement, and measurable outcomes.
