Drive Talent, Experience, and Performance Management (Strategic Pillar: Engagement):
Exemplify the Sunrise culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging above all, demonstrating servant leadership. Build and lead diverse, high performing teams. Manage talent: recruiting, onboarding, goal setting, development, feedback, coaching. Proactively manage performance and adjust team as needed for effectiveness. Identify leadership potential and drive succession planning. Engage with interdisciplinary teams across the matrixed organization. Maintain compliance with regulatory training and ensure team alignment.
Drive Business and Sales Strategy (Strategic Pillar: Grow):
Provide strategic direction and management across operations, sales, and care. Use business intelligence and financial reports for strategic decisions. Understand and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) across the portfolio. Apply revenue drivers such as pricing, inventory, and care service enhancements. Engage with FP&A, Asset Management, and ensure dynamic pricing models are applied. Lead sales execution strategies in alignment with marketing goals. Ensure community marketing plans are actionable and data-driven.
Drive Clinical and Wellness Strategy and Customer Experience (Strategic Pillar: Wellness):
Demonstrate expertise in Sunrise products and resident care programs. Ensure positive first impressions and resident engagement in community life. Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes. Collaborate with Clinical Leaders to monitor care outcomes and resolve gaps.

Experience and Qualifications
College degree preferred; administrator license may be required per regulations.
5+ years of leadership experience; multi-site leadership experience preferred.
Experience managing priorities, delegating effectively, and resolving complex issues.
Strong business acumen and financial planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal Sunrise systems.
Ability to travel across geographic areas and work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver's license and regulatory compliance if driving Sunrise vehicles.
