Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Operations. This role offers a chance to lead top hotels in Dimension's portfolio. We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong F&B background who will provide leadership to the team, manage operations while maintaining cost and quality standards, ensure superior service, and maximize profits. Operate assigned department covering day-to-day responsibilities. Conduct safety inspections and compliance, administer safety awareness programs and training, conduct accident investigations when needed, and communicate timely with the home office. Control costs in a detailed and structured manner. Analyze costs monthly and prepare action plans (cost per occupied room, food cost, beverage costs, payroll including overtime, other expenses, outsourced labor or services). Ensure labor costs are flexed according to demand, activity, and season, exploring opportunities for better balance between quality and cost through clustering or outsourcing. Provide feedback on staffing levels and work performance of team members. Demonstrate integrity, take ownership of actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, and nurture a positive, professional work environment. Support and communicate company goals and initiatives, promote company programs, and act as an ambassador of the organization. Ensure training in service standards is conducted in each department following company standards. Prepare yearly budgets in conjunction with the GM for revenue, staffing, capital expenditure, costs, and expenses. Qualifications Education and Experience A four-year college degree or equivalent education and experience in hospitality is highly preferred. Strong technology skills with various systems. At least 5 years' experience as a General Manager or similar role. Knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices. Strong customer service and guest relations skills. Valid driver's license and clean DMV driving record.
