As a Regional Director of Operations at BayMark Health Services, you will oversee the operational effectiveness of multiple treatment centers within the region. Your leadership will ensure that each center meets the high standards of care and compliance required for treating individuals with opioid use disorder and other substance abuses. You will work closely with medical staff, counselors, and support teams to drive operational improvements, enhance patient satisfaction, and ensure financial health across the centers. Oversee daily operations of multiple addiction treatment centers within your region. Implement and monitor effective patient care standards in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop center managers and staff to promote a productive work environment. Coordinate with senior leadership to strategize organizational improvements and implement growth-oriented changes. Manage budgeting and resource allocation to optimize financial performance and patient outcomes. Ensure the integrity of medical and employee records, safeguarding both compliance and confidentiality. Promote a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
