What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ♀️♂️ )
✅ Provide strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of managed and/or owned senior living communities (SNF, AL, IL)
✅ Coach, develop, and hold accountable Executive Directors using HDG’s EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive census, manage expenses, and optimize revenue growth
✅ Lead financial planning and budget execution to meet company performance goals
✅ Guide sales, marketing, clinical, compliance, and safety initiatives across assigned communities
✅ Oversee quality assurance and regulatory readiness, ensuring communities exceed state/federal standards
✅ Actively participate in client Board meetings and support partnership development
✅ Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion aligned with HDG’s strategic goals
✅ Travel regularly (up to 80%) to support community-level success and visibility
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Vision & Accountability )
✔ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
✔ At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site senior living or skilled nursing operations
✔ Proven expertise in census development, team leadership, fiscal accountability, and operational turnarounds
✔ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Exceptional communication and collaboration across departments and stakeholders
✔ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in senior care
✔ Ability to travel extensively to support your assigned communities
