Position Overview:
The Regional Director of Operations play a pivotal role in overseeing business administration, strategy, and vision for market growth in your designated region. Leading and guiding guest service, account, city, and area managers, you will ensure that all operations meet contractual expectations. This role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee all locations and associates within the designated region, providing leadership and guidance for operational excellence.
- Define performance measurements and implement strategies to increase productivity.
Guest and Employee Satisfaction:
- Develop and implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
Management and Reporting:
- Interview and hire senior-level management positions.
- Manage operating, labor, and non-labor budgets, focusing on financial performance.
- Provide weekly summaries on the operation to the COO, analyzing revenue analyses, budgets, profit-and-loss (P&L), and other accounting reports.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with human resources and executive leadership to design market-competitive programs aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Work with outside vendors to increase business, develop partnerships, and market new services within the territory.
Focus Areas:
- Focus on service standards, cost controls management, people development, revenue management control, and safety management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience in the hospitality industry OR a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in multi-site operations.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
- Experience in the parking or hospitality industry, including guest and customer experience, is preferred.

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning employees in this role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local wage and overtime laws, ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
