Make a Mark We Blaze Our Own Trail Brand First We Mean Business Summary : The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) key purpose is to directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities. This includes but is not limited to : ensuring accountability at all levels; overseeing and approving all production operations, communicating effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments, managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing, providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team to ensure proper execution for all entities, and unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations. A successful RDO at WYLD will have a history of driving purpose, vision, and engagement across multiple functions; hiring, training, and developing future leaders; experience managing multiple facilities; and demonstrated a history of resilience, personal accountability, and integrity. Duties and Responsibilities Must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of our East Coast operating markets, ideally near a major airport. Operations Leadership : Implement operations strategy, structure, and processes across multiple entities.Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.Interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organizationProvide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team.Partners with Sales and Sales Ops teams to ensure production meets sales demandEnsures a culture of accountability at all levels of the organizationDrives results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics)Follows sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annuallyAudit Production Plans to meet demand of sales teamActively seeks ways to improve all aspects of the businessCollaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.Able to sort through complicated, extensive, and often conflicting information to effectively attack and solve problems Team Leadership : Directly manage state-level managers and oversee delivery drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesFoster a positive workplace culture where team members feel empowered, motivated, and committed to achieving organizational goalsAct as a key leader in promoting collaboration, encouraging team members to bring their best selves to work, and driving high levels of engagementLead by example to ensure alignment between team activities and organizationalAble to create a workplace culture where people feel motivated and are excited to bring their best selves to work and commit to the organization's objectives Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Must be proficient in data analysis, and other inventory management systemsHigh attention to detail with a positive, goal-oriented attitudeProblem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent in conflict resolution, communication, learning and teaching an array of subjectsEffectively communicate information and respond to questions / suggestions from various levels within the companyPossess advanced mathematical skillsPerform advanced visual quality inspections on productsMust be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days / month) to additional locations and facilitiesMust obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Regular travel between facilities will be requiredState regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older Benefits As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly wage of $135,000-$165,000 / yr paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO, 16 hours of VTO per year, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
