Youll work directly with ownership, have a real seat at the table, and play a key role in scaling operations the right way. What You'll Own: Oversee day-to-day performance of multiple select-service hotels Mentor and develop GMs into strong, accountable leaders Drive P&L, labor, guest satisfaction, and service consistency Identify operational gaps, and roll up your sleeves to fix them Partner with ownership on growth strategy and new property onboarding What Were Looking For: Multi-unit hotel operations experience (select-service preferred) High standards, strong business acumen, and calm under pressure A leadership style thats clear, direct, and team-focused Florida market knowledge is a plus, but not a dealbreaker Why This Role?
