What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating transformative conversations and information sessions that inspire families to enroll Orchestrating dynamic regional events that generate awareness and qualified prospective families Cultivating strategic community partnerships that amplify Alpha's visibility and reputation Mobilizing current parents as passionate advocates who champion our 2 Hour Learning model Delivering actionable insights on family sentiment and engagement to leadership team
What You Won’t Be Doing
Employing transactional sales techniques or pressure tactics to meet enrollment targets Compromising Alpha's academic standards to accommodate influential stakeholders Investing resources in community events without clear enrollment strategy Merely managing complaints without converting challenges into advocacy opportunities Focusing on administrative tasks at the expense of community presence and visibility
Regional Director Of Family Engagement Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust 150+ student waitlist at your campus by transforming interested families into passionate educational advocates through strategic community engagement, compelling storytelling, and mission-aligned conversion strategies that advance Alpha's educational revolution.
Basic Requirements
Physical presence in one of our expansion locations with ability to travel locally: Scottsdale (AZ); Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara (CA); Orlando, West Palm Beach, or Tampa (FL); Charlotte or Raleigh (NC); Manhattan (NY); Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano (TX); Washington D.C. area - Chantilly (VA) Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with families in educational settings, outreach initiatives, or enrollment management Demonstrated success guiding discerning stakeholders through complex, high-stakes decisions Superior communication capabilities, both written and verbal, particularly under challenging circumstances Unwavering commitment to Alpha's accelerated learning philosophy and high-expectation culture

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
