What You’ll Do: As the Regional Director of Development, you’ll craft and execute fundraising strategies focused on high-value prospects both in Nebraska and nationally. You’ll cultivate corporate partners, lead donor engagement, and organize high-impact events that fuel our mission. Working closely with KVC Foundation and Nebraska leadership, you’ll drive results through collaboration, innovation, and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead fundraising strategies to meet annual goals
Manage a portfolio of corporate and mid-level donors
Organize 2–3 major events annually to raise vital support
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors
Build relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and board members
Travel to engage donors and support regional fundraising goals
What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree required
5–7 years of proven fundraising success (corporate and major gifts)
Expertise in donor management systems (Raiser’s Edge preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience engaging C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
Other Requirements: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and insurance
