What You'll Do
Market Development & Expansion
Lead market entry and growth strategies in TX, FL, NC, and other Southeastern states. Identify and evaluate new opportunities across geographies, populations, and payer/provider partnerships. Collaborate with the CEO and growth team to prioritize and execute market launches.
Network Strategy & Relationship Building
Build and manage referral relationships with PCPs, hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, PM&R, pain specialists, and community-based providers. Develop and scale in-person physical therapy networks to complement our virtual care model. Serve as a trusted liaison to clinical and administrative leaders across provider organizations.
Value-Based Performance Optimization
Inform and refine market strategies to drive outcomes and financial performance in value-based contracts. Collaborate with population health strategy, clinical, and operational teams to implement network initiatives. Partner with finance, medical economics, and actuarial teams to analyze data and inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with clinical, operations, and product teams to align network strategy with care delivery goals. Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration & Leadership
Serve as the data thought-partner for both technical and non-technical teams. Occasionally join customer conversations (payers, providers) to shape reporting and insight delivery. Hire, mentor, and scale a small data team over time (engineering + analytics).
Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH). 7-10 years of professional experience in healthcare, with a focus on market development, network strategy, or value-based care. Direct experience designing, implementing, or managing value-based care programs at a provider or payer organization. Strong understanding of value-based economics, especially in specialty care and senior populations. Demonstrated ability to build and manage provider networks across diverse clinical settings. Effective communicator with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and collaborate with finance, medical economics, and actuarial teams.
