Responsibilities Hire & onboard new team members to proactively grow and maintain the Customer Success team of Dairy Management Advisors Coach & develop Dairy Management Advisors to provide exceptional customer service and consulting for new and existing customer base Oversee training and assist with installation of smaXtec at our customer’s premises Guide team members to effectively establish and maintain long-term customer relationships Manage team performance to support our customers with the implementation and use of our system Guide solution-oriented and expert advice for a wide range of customer inquiries Ensure representation of smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs and events Direct & monitor the efficient use of our CRM system by the Customer Success team Support the continuous development of our product by communicating valuable customer feedback
Qualifications A minimum of five years’ experience in a leadership role within the dairy sector or related industry Demonstrated success as a leader & relationship builder Proven ability as an advisor or consultant within the dairy field Passionate about cows and the dairy industry & enjoy being out in the field and having direct contact with farmers Deep knowledge of the dairy industry and relevant professional experience in dairy farming, e.g. as a herd manager or in the field of cattle health or feeding. Ability to model & inspire others’ enthusiasm for innovative agri-technologies Hands-on mentality & proactive, customer-focused & solution-oriented approach Proficient in use of herd management systems & cow monitoring systems Experience working in and maintaining CRM Valid driver's license and good driving record. Open to travel, including overnight travel, approximately 50% of the time in the US and internationally as needed. Enthusiasm for innovative agri-technologies and a good hands-on mentality, with a proactive, customer- and solution-oriented approach.
