Ranked #50 on ENR's Top 500 Design Firms, we are seeking a Regional CM/CEI Practice Director for our Texas locations. This leader will oversee JMT's Construction Management and Inspection services across Texas, including project management, construction inspection, claims support, scheduling, and cost estimating.
Key responsibilities include driving growth, leading staff, and developing business strategies to ensure regional success. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, 401K, ESOP, flexible schedules, and career development opportunities.
Essential Functions: Coordinate growth plans with leadership Develop relationships with partners, contractors, and clients Establish and expand market presence through marketing and business development Manage practice budget and resources Lead proposal development and serve as a technical resource Staffing and team management, including hiring and performance reviews
Required Skills: Effective in fast-paced environments Builds trust and maintains positive relationships Motivates and inspires teams Organized and communicative Independent with initiative
Required Experience: Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field PE license or equivalent 15+ years in discipline, including leadership and business development Strong TxDOT and municipal relationships
Preferred: Master's degree
