We are seeking a Regional Clinical Operations Director to lead the clinical teams across multiple states, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and medical outcomes. This pivotal role will drive clinical excellence, uphold regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration and professional development. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing patient experiences, achieving clinical objectives, and ensuring the growth and success of our medical services in partnership with the Regional Operations Director. You will report to the COO with a dotted line to Clinical Leadership. This position supports our Clinics in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania . Responsibilities Support patient loyalty through development of Medical Providers; identify and diagnose opportunities within the region, engaging providers in continuously improving the patient experience. Drive revenue and profitability by monitoring regional performance through key performance indicators, conducting business reviews, and engaging clinic leadership in strategic initiatives. Ensure operational excellence, oversee medical operations, establish objectives with leadership, review results against company goals, and develop plans for optimal regional performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive patient outcomes and retention across the region by leveraging industry knowledge and trends and developing strategic service minded professionals through various coaching techniques. Oversee staffing models to ensure adequate patient coverage, reallocating Regional resources to ensure coverage for PTO and call-offs in partnership with Dyad Regional counterpart. Build and sustain a high-performance culture by attracting, developing, and retaining a motivated team. Evaluate associate’s performance with a focus on career development in partnership with Dyad Regional counterpart. Facilitates training programs for new providers, preparing them to successfully lead their clinic outcomes. Lead your region through effective collaboration and partnership with key business partners. Foster open communication and collaboration within the Dyad leadership team and with Regional Operations Director. Thoroughly understand all Options programs, serving as a subject matter expert for the team. Ensures all associates are kept informed of any new programs or changes to existing programs, and trains staff to be subject matter experts as well. Ensure the clinic’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards, conducting regular audits to identify and address any compliance or risk management issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for the region for clinic level medical audits, chart reviews and compliance standards. Represent the medical perspective in cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes. Travel to offices (up to 80%) to develop relationships and recognize achievements with clinic associates to have a strong understanding of their office performance. Participate in office visits to identify and coach areas of development, recognize achievements and growth. Requirements Successful completion of an approved NP, PA, MD or DO program in accordance with state regulations with an active, unrestricted license. 8+ years of clinical experience with 3+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement methodologies. Proven results in driving top-line revenue, creating service focused customer experiences, and attracting, developing, and retaining associates at all levels. Lead and developed results driven, high performing teams. Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, growth-minded, results-oriented work environment Proven ability to work across all areas of an organization to influence stakeholders and lead the team to success. Effective relationship builder internally (peers, teams, company-wide) and externally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
