The Regional Clinical Director (RCD) manages clinical operations within Los Angeles & Orange Counties, ensuring service quality, compliance, and staff development. This role focuses on direct supervision of Clinical Directors, collaboration with payers, and implementation of organizational initiatives at the regional level. Drive key performance indicators for their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership: Supervise Clinical Directors. Monitor caseload health and ensure key performance indicators to support clinical quality and growth.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regional site visit quality assurance checklists including direct observation of clinical services, sampled treatment plans, and client outcome data. Oversee implementation of clinical protocols and compliance standards.
Staff Development: Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for Clinical Directors and BCBAs. Conduct performance evaluations and implement coaching plans.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Address escalated concerns and ensure positive communication with stakeholders.
On Site Expectations: Provide in person support based on the following criteria: As needed, including implementation of culture remediation, managing clinic and personnel concerns, offering additional team support, coverage for clinical directors, etc. Frequency of in person visits will also be based off of Site Clinic Checklist Scores done quarterly The position will be hybrid including: remote/office/field Additional tasks: may be assigned as necessary by supervisor Requirements: Qualification Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification. 5+ years ABA experience, including 2+ years in leadership role Strong organizational and leadership skills with multi-site experience preferred.
