Position Overview:
The Regional Clinical Director (BCBA) plays a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical care across multiple service locations within an assigned region. This position combines strategic oversight with compassionate leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and professional growth among our clinicians and staff.
The Regional Clinical Director provides direct supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians. They ensure that every treatment plan is individualized, goal-driven, and aligned with the Cubik Minds mission of delivering high-quality, family-centered services. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, operational understanding, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain consistency, compliance, and quality across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical programs and ensure alignment with Cubik Minds’ standards, values, and long-term goals.
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to BCBAs and clinical staff to promote professional development and high-quality service delivery.
Lead regional performance evaluations and ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote client progress and satisfaction.
Partner with the executive leadership team to design, implement, and evaluate regional initiatives that support growth, innovation, and quality improvement.
Review and monitor client outcomes, data collection accuracy, and clinical documentation to ensure program effectiveness.
Conduct regular site visits to maintain visibility, assess program needs, and strengthen team engagement.
Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture that embodies Cubik Minds’ values of compassion, respect, collaboration, and integrity.
Support recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and culture.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical leadership and supervisory experience in behavioral health or related settings.
Strong background in program management, clinical operations, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
