Overview The Regional Aquatics Director is responsible for developing, leading, and managing high-quality aquatic programs across the East Side (40%) and Newman (60%) YMCA locations. This role oversees all aspects of the Aquatics Department, including pool operations, staffing, safety, and risk management. The combined aquatics operations serves approximately 300 children and 30 staff each week. Responsibilities Develop, lead, and manage aquatic programs across the East Side (40%) and Newman (60%) YMCA locations. Oversee all aspects of the Aquatics Department, including pool operations, staffing, safety, and risk management. Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff. Deliver and expand swim lessons, swim teams, and recreational swimming. Ensure strong fiscal management and program growth that meet community needs.
