Real Estate –Director of Finance $250,000 We are looking for adirector that will be responsible for overseeing the company’s CorporateFinance and Fund Accounting teams. Reporting directly to the Chief FinancialOfficer, this position provides accounting and reporting oversight forcorporate entities, private equity investments, direct real estate investments,and supports the general accounting and reporting functions related to thefirm’s real estate investment funds. This position career growth anddevelopment with $250,000 annual compensation. Responsibilities: Oversee corporate accounting, financialreporting, tax reporting, private equity investments, and real estateinvestments Provide oversight of corporate, fund level,property level, and tax functions Set up accounting structures and systems fornew properties/funds Manage involvement in main real estate fundsand internal controls work Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financerequired 10+ years of relevant accounting experiencewithin the real estate industry CPA preferred Open-end fund reporting experience preferred Visit ourwebsite to learn more about our openings!
