In this exciting role as a R&D Training Development Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and targets. CVG

A Day in The Life: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Designs and delivers programs to train core team leaders and core team members across all NPD functions. Develops assessments, tests and workplace aids, e-learning programs, conductstraining classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of trainingactivities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory,and new materials, methods, andtechniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness inpresent assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administertraining programs. Design and develop communication strategies for R&D to include, maintaining site builder, town halls, learning and development portals and leader communication tool kits. Must Have: Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume BA Degree 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial/leadership experience, OR advanced degree with 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
