As Regional Director of Retail Operations, you will have regional responsibilities managing a portfolio of diverse clients and operations at venues within the designated region. This role is part of the Rank + Rally Leadership Team and will participate in the strategic growth and operational evolution of the division. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Operations Director to oversee and drive retail performance within the dynamic and fast-paced sports and cultural retail industry. This role is responsible for leading multi-unit retail operations across a defined region, with a focus on people leadership, customer retention, sales and profitability, inventory control, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of retail within sports and venue retail, a proven leadership track record, and a customer-first mindset.
As part of the Rank + Rally Leadership Team, this role will participate in the strategic growth and operational evolution of the division.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field. • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail operations. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach to leadership. • Proven success managing multi-unit operations and achieving financial targets in a high-energy retail environment. • Deep understanding of the sports retail landscape, including customer behavior, merchandising trends, and community engagement strategies. • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
