Overview Mastercard Services is our professional services and solutions arm, providing customers with value-added services to enhance business performance and consumer experiences. Our Services portfolio includes payments consulting, marketing, analytics and data insights, security solutions, open banking, and more. The Services Business Development team is looking for a Senior Managing Consultant (Director level) to drive growth of our value-added services within the Digital Partnerships Services team for large strategic Global Digital Accounts and B2B FinTech. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling to senior executives, navigating matrixed organizations, end-to-end sales processes, and utilizing solution-based selling to drive clear value for customers.
Responsibilities Responsible for business development and ongoing account ownership for Services within the Digital Partnerships segment (focus on B2B FinTech and Global Digital Accounts) with direct revenue, account ownership and sales responsibilities.
Refine the value proposition of new and existing Services capabilities to meet the needs of global digital platform executives.
Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior level client stakeholders, including C-Suite Executives.
Coordinate across Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across Services business lines and value propositions, focused on the defined client vertical.
Set the commercial agenda for the assigned territory.
Partner with the Mastercard Core Digital Partnerships team to develop plans that support strategic imperatives for target accounts.
Work closely with Client Services teams for effective joint go-to-market and best-in-class value delivery.
All About You / Qualifications Significant global account sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data & analytics, and/or B2B.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and quotas at enterprise level.
Experience in consultative sales across data products, software platforms, and/or other analytic services.
Entrepreneurial and hunting mindset; ability to own end-to-end sales from prospecting to signed contract.
Experience navigating a complex matrix organization internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to sell a suite of products with strong commercial drive and capability to monetize senior client relationships through thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
Collaborative attitude with an understanding of how to win as a team.
Salary, Benefits and Location National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000
