We are seeking a Quality Program Manager to lead our compliance and quality initiatives.
This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards in accordance with FACT guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervisory roles, developing clinical care policies, and working with electronic health records.
The Quality Program Manager will work closely with various teams to coordinate improvements in education, workflow, and data analysis. This includes managing the Quality Calendar, performing audits, and sharing results with leadership.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Washington Registered Nurse License, and at least 3 years of direct patient care experience. Experience in a supervisory role and with EHRs is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other applicable agencies by engaging with agencies, updating internal SOPs, and coordinating education.
Participate in Quality Management Committee meetings and collaborate with clinical departments for planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality management activities.
Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits, sharing results with leadership and proposing corrective action plans.
Support the evaluation and continual improvement of quality and safety at Swedish, as represented by the quality management system.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
Washington Registered Nurse License.
At least 3 years of direct patient care experience.
Experience with EHRs.
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets.
