Your Next Opportunity
As the Quality & Commissioning Regional Director, you are responsible for overseeing the total project Quality & Commissioning effort to ensure appropriate personnel, budgets, and documentation are met and in alignment with Rosendin’s Quality & Safety programs.
What You’ll Do
Plan and supervise Quality & Commissioning (QA/Cx) Regional/Area Manager and QA/Cx Site Manager activities and duties, including the development of project specific QA/Cx plans, estimates, and manpower levels. Maintain liaison with General and Area Superintendents, Operations Mangers, Divisions Managers, for manpower coordination and project support in the region. Maintain liaison with Safety to ensure energization and commissioning activities have appropriately trained personnel that met NFPA 70E and our safety policies and appendices. Closely collaborate with other QA/Cx Regional Directors for program alignment between the same customers. Coordinate with the Regional VP and VP of Field Operations to ensure alignment with region needs and requirements. Assist as technical support in resolving region and project quality and commissioning issues. Assist as safety support for commissioning and NFPA 70E related guidance, concerns, and issues. Perform and assist your team with project quality and commissioning audits and reporting. Collaborate and assist with the continual improvement process for the quality and commissioning programs. Lead the implementation of all quality and commissioning programs and related safety procedures and policies. This includes instructing and/or coordinating required program trainings. Active in the hiring, development, and assessment of quality and commissioning team members. Closely monitor the QA/QC metrics and project quality performance for internal and external performance. Perform data analysis and provide corrective actions as needed to meet performance goals. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe this position's general nature and scope of work. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling/sequencing, electrical installation means and methods, and NEC requirements is essential. Advanced understanding of electrical QA/QC, testing, and commissioning processes is essential. Ability to supervise and manage a team. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position. Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others Proficient computer skills to utilize software to complete required tasks.
What You Bring To Us
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with 5 years in a quality and commissioning supervisory role managing a quality and commissioning team and program required. Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Working Conditions
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite. We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions. Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
