In This Role, You Will: Lead and mentor the Quality and Regulatory teams while fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Oversee all QA programs, including SQF, USDA, HACCP, and internal quality systems

Manage audits, customer complaints, product holds, and corrective actions

Drive process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration

Support new product development and staff development through training and coaching The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline

7+ years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging, with at least 5 years in a senior QA/QC leadership capacity

Demonstrated experience working in USDA-regulated environments

Strong knowledge of SQF systems, HACCP principles, and regulatory compliance

PCQI certification preferred

A proactive, collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills

A stable work history and a commitment to quality and food safety excellence
