What you’ll do: As an Account Director on our B2B Healthcare team, you’ll: Lead or co-lead 6-8 client accounts, serving as the primary client partner, helping to guide strategy and oversee timelines/deliverables. Develop and execute impactful PR campaigns tailored to clients’ business goals. Write clear, compelling content, including press releases, media pitches, messaging documents, bylined articles and more (with minimal edits from management). Secure consistent media coverage for clients by leveraging your existing relationships with top-tier mainstream media and B2B healthcare industry trade publications. Develop conference and awards strategies that elevate client visibility and industry leadership. Mentor and grow junior team members, nurturing the next generation of communications professionals. Who you are: You bring 5-8 years of PR experience in the healthcare space, preferably in an agency setting. You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder, both with clients and media. You thrive in collaborative environments, both stepping up to lead and stepping back to support as needed. You have a proven track record of placing stories in both mainstream outlets and B2B healthcare industry trade publications. You love mentoring and developing junior talent. You’re detail-oriented, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities. You are a strategic thinker and can provide calm/focus to a team even when under pressure.
