Responsibilities

Lead and manage 4 to 5 account teams, overseeing high-level strategy development and media strategies

Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong working relationships and developing strategic communications plans

Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions

Maintain direct reports, assist in their development, and participate in new business processes

Proactively engage in self-development and track progress against quarterly goals

Qualifications

At least 7 years of PR agency experience

Record of high academic achievement with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business

Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management

Excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of media and editorial requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in running a reactive and proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries

A wide network of national consumer and business contacts across various media

Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in delivering impactful PR campaigns
