Description RIOS is an international design collective dedicated to wonder within the built environment. We believe design is an act of optimism that fosters invention and ideas to change the world. We seek a Project Director to coordinate and manage strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable project delivery leader committed to enhancing project quality, capable of working collaboratively and independently. The Ideal Candidate Must Possess the Following Skills Strong organizational skills High self-motivation, flexibility, resourcefulness Experience from concept through construction administration Ability to work effectively with internal and external collaborators Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet project performance, concept, and schedule goals Active engagement in the design process and project completion Experience managing sub-consultant contracts and scope of work, and drafting proposals Mentoring and developing project teams, sharing technical knowledge and strategies May perform the role of Project Designer on smaller projects Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 8-10+ years of professional experience Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture from an accredited institution Proficiency with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Licensed Architect preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries IT Services and IT Consulting
