ABOUT THE COMPANY

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTOR
As a Project Director, you estimate construction-related projects using Xactimate and other professional estimating software. Your solid understanding of the true costs of construction increases the accuracy of margins and line items within Xactimate. Your positive, friendly disposition helps you foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, industry associations, and other potential business sources.
You actively market the company through associations, meetings, local functions, and trade shows. You also develop and execute new marketing strategies for company growth and provide projection reports on individual loss sales and growth opportunities. You take pride in your role in the company's success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in large loss and commercial claims
Proficient in Xactimate or other loss estimating software
Experience in mold/asbestos abatement
Experience in the drying and restoration industry, including structural drying
Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans
