Responsibilities Leadership: Effectively convey the project's vision through appropriate communication methods. Communicate ongoing, accurate, complete, and clear information to all stakeholders regarding changes and their implementation, from C-Suite to Project Engineer level. Qualifications Experience/Education: BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management. LEED Accreditation highly preferred. 25 years building construction experience, with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities required. Experience in top-level Integrated Project Delivery schemes. Experience as Construction Manager at Risk & Design Build. Experience in commercial and R&D projects. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Flawless knowledge of Integrated Project Delivery philosophy and methods. High technical construction acumen. Strong business and decision-making skills. Adept at leadership and communication styles for diverse teams. Ability to understand the broad impact of decisions and direct stakeholders effectively. Active listening and trust-building skills. Passionate about collaboration and safety. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and market data, with a range in Illinois from $274,900-$335,900 plus benefits and retirement.
