Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the execution of a landmark infrastructure project with a budget exceeding $400M under a Public-Private Partnership (P3) model. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle — from planning and design through construction and delivery — ensuring alignment with contractual, financial, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Overall Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. P3 Expertise: Serve as the key point of contact for all P3-related obligations, ensuring compliance with concession agreements, lenders’ requirements, and government regulations. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with public authorities, consortium partners, contractors, subcontractors, lenders, and community stakeholders. Financial & Risk Oversight: Manage project budgets exceeding $400M, including financial reporting, forecasting, risk management, and contract administration. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Contract & Claims Management: Oversee negotiation, compliance, and resolution of contractual matters, claims, and disputes. Health, Safety & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to all HSE standards and promote sustainability best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications & Experience Mandatory: Proven track record in P3 (Public-Private Partnership) construction projects with a budget of $400M+ . Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil construction projects. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field ; MBA or PMP certification is an asset. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large budgets, contracts, and risk in complex environments. Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and working with government agencies, lenders, and consortium partners. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complexity. Results-driven, with a focus on operational excellence and risk mitigation. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire high-performing teams.
