THE OPPORTUNITY Holland Construction Services is seeking a Project Director to lead multiple project teams responsible for the successful completion of complex construction projects. The projects range from $10-20M in revenue. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth during an exciting phase.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Oversee project budgets and manage costs. Manage Project Managers and Project Engineers. Participate in contract negotiations and debrief teams on final contract requirements. Follow up on new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships. Direct risk management controls and implementation. Identify manpower needs for market sectors and collaborate with leadership for planning.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor. Knowledge of construction principles and practices. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
