Responsibilities

Sales

Assemble and lead proposal response team, develop strategy and budget, manage RFQ/RFP responses, review proposal content, and negotiate contracts.

Delivery

Oversee project design, permitting, and construction activities, develop schedules, approve estimates, and ensure project milestones are met.

Post Delivery

Lead lessons learned sessions, develop client follow-up strategies, and pursue repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications

B.S. degree in a related engineering field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Healthcare engineering and consulting

Strong project management and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills, with experience in proposal writing and presentations
