LSSI is hiring a full-time Program Director . Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for the program in accordance with agency, licensing, and accrediting bodies’ standards/rules.

Essential Functions

Define and maintain staffing requirements. Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Coordinate Interdisciplinary Team meetings. Develop and monitor the implementation of each client’s habilitation/treatment plan and facilitate the integration of all services related to the requirements. Assure the completion of all necessary reports and other documentation in a timely manner. Develop, implement and be accountable for the program(s) budget. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. One (1) to three (3) years of managerial/supervisory experience required. Background check clearance, criminal, DCFS, and CANTS, required. Licensed QMRP or eligibility to become QMRP required. Knowledge of DCFS Group Home Part 503. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Good organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
