LSSI is hiring a full-time Program Director. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for the program in accordance with agency, licensing, and accrediting bodies' standards/rules.

Essential Functions:
- Define and maintain staffing requirements.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Coordinate Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of each client's habilitation/treatment plan and facilitate the integration of all services related to the requirements.
- Assure the completion of all necessary reports and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement and be accountable for the program(s) budget.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of managerial/supervisory experience required.
- Background check clearance, criminal, DCFS, and CANTS, required.
- Licensed QMRP or eligibility to become QMRP required.
- Knowledge of DCFS Group Home Part 503.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Good organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
