About the Role:
Join Gateway Residential Services as a Program Director, where you will lead innovative programs that enhance the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support and services in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas working with individuals with disabilities in their homes, and we are looking for a passionate leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies to meet the needs of clients.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance program offerings.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all programs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in budget management and program evaluation.
  • Knowledge of community resources and support services.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
